bot.spot helps brands and agencies measure visibility in AI answers and improve the website content those answers draw on. bot.radar tracks mentions and citations. bot.optimizer adds structured data and an AI Appendix to connected pages. bot.gateway is coming soon and will bring branded apps into AI conversations.

How is bot.radar different from SEO rank tracking?

SEO rank tracking measures positions in search results. bot.radar measures whether a brand is mentioned or cited within an AI-generated answer, its position among the brands named, and its share of voice. Each result links to the original answer and cited sources.

Which AI engines does bot.radar track?

ChatGPT, Google AI Overview, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Copilot. Checks run daily on your selected engines. Engine limits depend on your plan.

Where do the tracked questions come from?

Radar drafts buyer personas and questions from a description of your brand. You can review and edit those questions, add your own, and choose which questions and engines to track.

What does bot.optimizer add to a website?

JSON-LD structured data in the page head, a subtle AI Appendix below the footer, and AI crawler visit tracking. The appendix contains a page summary, key facts and FAQs. Its content and the structured data are managed together.

Does the AI Appendix change my website's design?

Your existing content and layout stay in place. The appendix is an additional section at the end of the page. It can appear as a slim collapsed row that visitors open to read the summary, facts and FAQs. This page shows an expanded example below its footer.

Why include both an AI Appendix and JSON-LD?

The appendix gives people and AI systems concise statements they can read on the page. JSON-LD gives machines a structured description of the same information. Managing both together keeps the readable content and structured facts aligned.

Can I edit the generated content before publishing?

Yes. You can review and edit summaries, facts and FAQs, and lock blocks so approved wording is preserved during regeneration. You manage the output in Optimizer and publish through your connected CMS.

Do I need a developer?

Radar starts with a brand description and a set of tracked questions. Optimizer connects through a CMS plugin or app, so a custom website rebuild is not required. Your CMS administrator may need to install the integration and grant access. For Drupal and HubSpot we help with the setup.

Which content management systems does bot.optimizer support?

WordPress, Drupal and HubSpot. We set up Drupal and HubSpot sites together with you. Webflow is in beta.

Gateway is an upcoming way to put a brand's products, content and actions inside an AI conversation. Its planned views include an overview, browsing, details and comparison, search with source links, forms and booking. Users can click through the app or ask an assistant to use MCP tools on their behalf.

Where will Gateway be available?

The planned deployment options are a ChatGPT App, a Claude Connector and an assistant embedded on your own website. Gateway is coming soon. Join the Gateway waitlist to hear about availability.

Is the Oura demo a live integration or booking service?

No. It is an independent illustrative concept that demonstrates the planned Gateway experience. It is not affiliated with Oura. Its forms and booking flow do not send requests, create appointments or purchase products.

What is included in the free trial?

The shared trial lasts 30 days, requires no credit card and does not convert automatically to a paid plan. Optimizer has a separate 30-day free period for each connected domain. The pricing page explains the current trial allowances and usage rates.

What does bot.spot cost?

Brand starts at €79 per month for one workspace. Agency starts at €199 per month with five workspaces. Enterprise has custom pricing. Additional Radar usage and published Optimizer pages have separate usage charges. Annual billing saves 10% on the fixed fee. Prices exclude VAT.

How are Optimizer pages billed?

Brand and Agency include access to Optimizer. Each connected domain gets 30 free days. After that period, live pages cost €0.19 per page per month. Draft and unpublished pages are not billed as live pages.

Can an agency use one account for several clients?

Yes. Agency includes five workspaces under one account, so client brands and reporting stay separate. Additional workspaces cost €19 per month each. All plans include unlimited user seats.

Does bot.spot replace my SEO tools or my CMS?

bot.spot works alongside your existing SEO tools. Optimizer publishes through your connected CMS, and Radar measures visibility in AI answers.
