- What does bot.spot do?
- bot.spot shows how AI assistants describe a brand, fixes the web pages those assistants read, and gives assistants a branded endpoint to browse, search and capture leads.
- How is bot.radar different from SEO rank tracking?
- SEO tools track positions on a search results page. bot.radar tracks whether a brand is named, cited and ranked inside a generated AI answer, where there is no results page and no click. The metrics are visibility rate, position, share of voice and citation rate.
- Which AI engines does bot.radar track?
- ChatGPT, Google AI Overview, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Copilot. Checks run daily.
- Where do the tracked questions come from?
- bot.radar generates buyer personas from a short description of the brand, then drafts the questions each persona would type into an AI assistant. Users review, edit and approve the questions before tracking starts.
- What does bot.optimizer add to a website?
- An AI Appendix block on each page with a summary, key facts, FAQs and technical details, plus JSON-LD structured data compiled from the same content. It also adds an endpoint for live agent queries and logging of AI agent visits.
- Is the AI Appendix visible to human visitors?
- Yes. It is a collapsed, brand-styled block near the bottom of the page. Visitors can expand it. This page has one.
- Which content management systems does bot.optimizer support?
- WordPress, Drupal and HubSpot are live. Webflow is in beta.
- Do I need a developer?
- No. bot.optimizer installs as a plugin or app in the CMS. bot.radar needs a brand description. bot.gateway connects to an existing catalog or CMS and is configured visually in Gateway Studio.
- What is bot.gateway?
- A branded endpoint that AI assistants call to browse products, search content and submit leads for a business. It is published as an MCP endpoint, a ChatGPT App or a Claude Connector.
- How does bot.spot prevent AI from stating wrong facts about my business?
- bot.engine scores every generated statement against the source content it came from. Low-confidence statements are flagged for human review. Gateway answers cite the source they were drawn from.
- What is included in the free trial?
- 30 days of bot.radar and bot.optimizer on the Brand or Agency plan. No credit card is required. The trial does not convert to a paid plan automatically.
- What does bot.spot cost?
- Brand is €79 per month for one workspace. Agency is €199 per month for five workspaces. Enterprise is priced per contract. Annual billing saves 10% on the fixed fee. Prices exclude VAT.
- Can an agency use one account for several clients?
- Yes. The Agency plan includes five workspaces on one login, with per-client reporting. Additional workspaces are €19 per month each.
- Does bot.spot replace my SEO tools or my CMS?
- No. It runs alongside existing SEO tooling and publishes through the CMS already in use.
